Contemplating what’s next in your career but don’t yet have focus? Interested in collaborating with other alumni and supporting one another as you move forward?

This four-week virtual program offers the time, structure, and peer support to reconnect with what matters most to you so that your career choices lead to greater fulfillment. In addition to self-reflection, participants explore career paths, practice telling their story and leverage their peers for networking.  Along the way, participants gain new mindsets and perspectives that empower you to build momentum.

Our goal is that you leave this program with:

• Greater clarity on your values, interests, strengths and priorities – and how they inform “what’s next”
• Two to three potential career plans that you are actively exploring to gauge resonance and market fit
• Increased confidence in your ability to expand and leverage productive relationships
• New connections to GSB alumni for peer support and network expansion
